Municipal Law

Our firm currently represents several local municipalities. Joseph Haas has counseled township governments through problem resolution by focusing on keeping problems to a minimum and resolving issues quickly. Joe has had years of experience coordinating township policies. He strives to minimize animosity by clearly defining township ordinances while not letting individual citizens get lost in the shuffle.

Municipal Law includes drafting, implementing and enforcing ordinances relating to zoning laws and violations, township regulations, industrial and real estate development, property tax assessments, and other local matters. Joe is also available when all other options have been exhausted, to represent the municipalities in litigation matters.
