Labor and Employment Law

In conjunction with our Business law services, Joseph Haas oversees all legal issues relating to Labor and Employment Law. Joe provides legal counsel to several area businesses by continually updating them on the ever changing field of employment and labor law legislation. He insures all his clients are consistently compliant with all federal and state labor regulations and EEOC requirements.

He works with our clients, side by side, in the development and implementation of their employee handbook and policies and the administration of their employee benefit programs (including pensions). And, should a problem arise, Joe is always available to assist with labor disputes, maintain employee relations, employee terminations, and when necessary, litigation.
